I am fascinated by the vastness of the human experience and inspired by the infinite realms of possibility. After going through a journey of healing and spiritual awakening, I’ve discovered the untapped power that lives within each of us. With a foundation of healing and growth, I believe each of us has the innate ability to expand and move into a place of radical self love, abundance, and vitality. 

As an artistic and theatric child, I went to study business in marketing and communications in Toronto at Ted Rogers School of Business Management to find a blend of Arts and Business. Following, I found success in progressively senior roles throughout my decade-long corporate career, however, there was a constant tug towards something bigger, more soulful. Eventually I listened, and made my way back home (self) and took the leap faith. I began to integrate my love for business and spirituality - to continue my journey of expansiveness and help organizations and individuals do the same.

Expansive Existence is how I live my life. It is an extension of me, an invitation back home (self), a safe place, community, and support network that guides you to your most authentic self and the inherent ability you have to change your life. It is an honour to share a moment of your personal journey.
