I am fascinated by the vastness of the human experience and inspired by the infinite realms of possibility. After going through an intensive journey of healing and spiritual awakening, I’ve discovered the untapped power that lives within each of us. With a foundation of healing and growth, I believe each of us has the innate ability to expand and move into a place of radical self love, abundance, and vitality. 

As an artistic and theatric child, I went to study business in marketing and communications in Toronto at Ted Rogers School of Business Management to find a blend of Arts and Business. Following, I found success in progressively senior roles throughout my decade-long corporate career, however, there was a constant tug towards something bigger, more soulful. Eventually I listened, and made my way back home (self) and took the leap faith. I began to integrate my love for business and spirituality - to continue my journey of expansiveness and help organizations and individuals do the same.

Expansive Existence is how I live my life. It is an extension of me, an invitation back home (self), a safe place, community, and support network that guides you to your most authentic self and the inherent ability you have to change your life. It is an honour to share a moment of your personal journey.
