Through these 1:1 sessions, my goal is to help people feel seen, uncover purpose, find peace and embodiment, enhance intuition, and through supportive collaboration, gain the capacity and confidence to bring their vision into reality. My pricing reflects a fair and balanced exchange that is attainable for most. I offer a limited amount of sessions in sliding scale, please advise if you request this option in the form below.

All prices are in CAD + hst and reflect the price per session.

All sales are final and non refundable.

The one month and three month program require their respective commitment of duration to receive the per/class price.

Payment is required within 24 hours of the session, otherwise, the session will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Rescheduling is permitted before the 24 hour window, if not notified before then, payment will be charged in full without a session. Rebooking will require new payment.

Move from stuck to transformed over the course of a month through 4x 60 minute sessions.You have an idea, but you don't know how to get there and need help creating an actionable plan. Maybe you're afraid to take the first step, don't think it's possible right now, or that you're not yet ready. In this offering, we'll refine your idea, unblock what is holding you back, and create an action plan to get you there! By the end, you'll have a strategy and clear steps to launch your idea.

In these sessions, we will use intuitive healing coupled with business planning to create a sustainable and holistic approach to transform your life and/or career.

This comprehensive offering is where clients find unrelenting magnetism. You have the drive but don’t know where to go next. You want more for yourself, a deep desire and dream, but don’t know exactly what it is or how to make it a reality. Maybe you even have a plan in place, but something keeps holding you back - keeping you stuck. Here we uncover your purpose, understand your shadows and resulting limiting beliefs/destructive habits, heal your blocks, and build and execute a plan together to move yourself into your most expansive version and start living out your dream (whether that’s launching a new business or project, healing your past and finding confidence, quitting your job, or moving countries, etc!). 

In the Expansion Sessions we do the work together to make your dream life stick over the course of three months through 12x weekly 60 minute sessions.

3. Expand - A comprehensive strategy that is collaboratively designed and executed with clear direction, vision, goals, actionable steps, and timelines to build your Expansive Existence.
